Natalie D. Hall has been an attorney in Central Florida for over a decade. She started her legal career in South Florida working for a small private firm handling Family law cases, Immigration and Criminal Defense. After moving to Central Florida, Attorney Hall worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando. She then honed her courtroom experience by working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eighteenth Circuit where she prosecuted various misdemeanor cases and was quickly promoted to a felony assistant state attorney handling drug charges, crimes against person and property and violations of probation.
Natalie Hall is an avid litigator who has tried numerous cases and has even argued before the Fifth District Court of Appeal.
Attorney Hall is an experienced Family Law Attorney and is also trained in Collaborative Family Law practice. Her family law experiences includes: Mediation, Divorces, High Asset Divorces with substantial financial investments, businesses and retirement accounts, Custody dispute settlements, Paternity cases, Child Support cases, Second Parent Adoptions, Hague Conventions Cases, Injunctions. She has also served as a State of Florida dependency attorney representing parents of children taken by the Department of Children and Families. With her Collaborative Family Law Training, she is able to offer an alternative method of dispute resolution to clients facing family law difficulties including divorces. Through this process clients are able to resolve their differences using a less acrimonious process which focuses on long lasting resolutions and maintains client confidentiality.
As an immigrant herself, Attorney Hall has a personal investment in helping those facing Immigration obstacles. She handles various Immigration cases including Business Visas, Family and Fiancé Visas, Permanent Residency, Citizenship, Waivers, and various other Immigration matters.
